I believe so!! My friend who is a year older than me did reel/hornpipes for U20 & then continued reel/hornpipes for senior ladies so she did it two years in a row!

now she finally gets to switch!

Is U21 included in Senior Ladies? So they are Hornpipe and Reel?

I was just U21 & competed reel/hornpipes & for nationals I’m a senior lady so I will be jigs! But the year below me (U20’s) will be reels for 2 years! This happens every other year!

I didn’t get to watch a lot of the worlds (tours & the rooms were too crowded :( ) but I did get to see some of the rounds & I thought Amanda Probert & Nadine Martin were amazing!!

lifeinthefeislane: haha I'll try again..... who's your biggest dance inspiration?

Thank you!

This is hard there are so many talented dancers! Well from this worlds alone probably Julia O’Rourke because she came back so strongly from last year!

Anonymous: so you have to keep doing slip jig/jig right because youre gonna be a senior lady?

I was doing reel/hornpipes for worlds & now for nans I get to switch to slip jig & jig!!
